With over a decade at the helm of the Oxnard Chamber, Nancy is a strong advocate for Oxnard businesses. During Nancy's tenure, the Oxnard Chamber has grown not only in membership, but in authority and influence.

Ms. Lindholm is currently the Chair of the Western Association of Chamber Executives and serves on the Board of Directors for the California Chamber of Commerce.

Sharen Strong

Sharen is responsible for the oversight and management of membership within the chamber.  She serves as Staff liaison to the Chamber Ambassador Committee and Military Appreciation Committee and their events. She works to improve new member involvement and engagement in chamber activities. She keeps members current through her work in accounts payable.

Nicole Chavez

Joined the Chamber staff: September 2015

Nicole is the first person you will hear when you call the office or see when you walk through the front door always with a welcoming smile.  She schedules the conference room rentals for members, helps with Certificates of Origin, and organizes all event reservations.  You will meet Nicole at the check in table at Business @ Sunrise or at many of our Chamber events.

Janet Pozos

Janet is responsible for all things graphic!  Whether it's a flyer, program book, newsletter, website or e-Voice she is the person behind the scenes producing these beautiful publications.  Janet is also in charge of advertising sales for our website, newsletter and e-Voice.  She is also the face behind the camera at many Chamber events and can be seen greeting and welcoming members at our events.
